- Pre-session phone consultation is part of this process. It's a great opportunity for us to talk, get to know each other and design your photo session. We'll discuss the vision for your portraits. We'll review clothing, hair styles and potential props. This is important for me to get a feel for creating the images you will cherish!
- From 30-minutes to a full day of shooting, depending on the session you choose.
Goal and Vision
My studio is the outside world ... nature, on location in North San Diego County Coastal (Carlsbad, Oceanside). Being coastal, there are great beaches to set the mood. Or if your special place is a park, that is fantastic too! Whether your portrait is if of your dog (or parrot, cat, lizard ... or yourself), there are great places to shoot. I shoot dogs in a relaxed atmosphere. I capture their personality and special energy. 
I specialize in dog and pet photography. I let the dogs relax and have fun ... that's when the great image comes. I like to take the fun and crazy shoots. If your like to climb rocks, swim with your dog or just "make stuff up" .. that works too. If its a simple intimate portrait or something crazy ... I want you to be happy with your photos. It's your dog's session (and your too!).
But ... if your "pet" is a loved one and you want a family portrait, individual portrait, engagement announcement, senior pictures or a fashion shot, I would love to help you showcase your artistic side out.
Portrait Sessions
Star Quality Session- $275.00 One to 2 hours of shooting time. Five 8x10 Prints and CD of 10 web-sized* images come with this package. Additional prints can be purchased "al la carte". Travel waived for locations within 15 miles from Oceanside.
30-minute Mini-Session $125 A quick, fun mini-session, taken at a local park in Oceanside (no travel available for this session). Images are purchased "al la carte".
Selecting your Images!
The most exciting and important part is choosing the images and prints. Within 2-3 weeks of your session a selection of images will be online for viewing at your leisure. The number of images will vary, depending on the session time frame you choose. I'll make an appointment with you review the images. We can do this in person or via "on-line" communication. Please note: for promotional deals or discounts, only on-line proofing is available. Prices for Additional Images:
- $50 for a single image
- $125 for 5 images
- $150 for 10 images
- $165 for 15 images
- $195 for 20 images
- $225 for 25 images
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. Travel fees must be paid for 3-days prior to photo shoot. Photo sessions are limited to 6 people and/or pets. If you want to add additional people/pets, a $25 fee will be added per person/pet. A guote will be provided if your interested in events shoots or large gatherings. The above sessions are for individual family and/or pets.
I'm based in Oceanside, CA. *Travel fees apply for distances from 10-100 miles away from Oceanside (Zip code 92054). The fee ranges from $25-$125 depending on the final location. Depending on shooting location, an addition fee(s) may apply, such as admission fees to parks, museums and gardens. If the location is outside of San Diego County, hotel and air fees apply. It will be discussed prior to any commitment.
